My doctor recommends 28-30 gm of fiber daily. It's hard to work that
into a low-carb diet, but I have begun to eat more fiberous fruit
(apples) and almost always have salad or cabbage daily. I also eat
pecans every day. Psyllium seed is supposed to be good too, but can't
get it on the island.
