Well Toby,

I am trying to lose weight, and I have 4 eggs and 4 slices of bacon for
breakfast, three well-cooked hamburger patties for lunch, and two steaks
for dinner most nights. What you're talking about there sounds kind of
light. I am still losing weight, although slowly.

Neanderthin does give examples of what Ray eats in a day, and if you
compare, your list sounds like one of his snacks!

What's the 10 Commandments got to do with this?

Take care,
John Pavao

----------
For the paleolithic eaters here who aren't really
trying to lose weight, how do you decide how much
meat to eat? NeanderThin makes no specific
mention of quantities... if I were to follow the
10 Commandments, I would have a piece of fish or
chicken at dinner, and the rest of the time, eat
pecans and bananas!

Thanks,
Toby
