I found the perfect cure: macadamia nuts. One serving has 220 cals. 200
of them are from fat. They're like movie-theatre-butter-popcorn to me.
I'm sticking to other nuts like almonds and picans as staple snacks, but
DAMN if I don't l o v e the fatty texture of oil-filled macadamia nuts.

On the subject of snack foods, does anyone know if JAYS pork rinds are
lard fried or corn fried? They look like an alternative to potato chips
for when I "just gotta have it," but I'd like to stay away from anything
fried in vegitable oils.
