Hi Listmates,
I was very pleased to receive the following e-mail from the Kingsmill rep.
I had e-mailed previously re the source of the gelatin in their breads.
Here's my original message & the reply I received today:

Helen:
Our Kingsmill Rice Bread vacuum-pack formula will use "carageenan" in place
of gelatin. This is currently in progress for delivery to stores in a couple
of months but our printed bags will not reflect this change until we reprint
our bags.
