I called Eden today for a list of their products containing gluten. They
did not have a list but would have sent me a list of all their products and
their ingredients. Before I asked to have the list sent, I asked "so does
that mean that if I see modified food starch listed you will not be able to
tell me whether or not it contains gluten?" The answer was "we do not have
any information regarding gluten." Needless to say, I did not request the
