Hi all

I am a celiac and on CF diet for a year. As you all know hard part of being
a celiac is travelling!

We as a family of four, will be in Philadelphia , New Brunswick-NJ area for
few days. We like to spend a week either in Catskill or Adirondack area.
Then we will go to Buffalo.

I know Buffalo very well but really appreciate any information on healthfood
stores, GF diners and hotels which I can cook between Philadelphia to
Buffalo.
