No.

Insulin resistance is caused by elevated amounts of insulin, which is itself
caused by elevated carb intake and/or decreased exercise.

In fact, if you combine carbs with fat, that slows the absorption of the carbs,
which causes less insulin production than just eating the carbs by themselves.
