Hi -

Trader Joe's (west of the Rockies only) carries several milk-free varieties
of pizza in the refridgerator section.  If you live in the Boston area,
the Armenian grocery stores out in Watertown carry a fabulous Armenian pizza
which is also dairy-free.

There are several non-American pizza traditions (including Italian!) which
make their pizza's completely milk-free.  When we can get them, we buy
several and put them in the freezer for quick meals at a later date. One of
these days I'll start making my own ... right...
