Hi,
        Something to try.  Set up a print driver for the 500C.  Set it to an LPT
port.  Now in the run box (Start->Run) type "net use LPTX:
\\server\printer" without the quotes (where X is the lpt port the print
driver is set to, server is the computer name the printer is hooked up to,
and printer is the share name of the printer).
