I have a question somewhat in relation to sugar cravings...does the use of
artificial sweetener ( I KNOW this is not paleo, I am just asking to settle a
debate amongst friends, I hope) cause insulin levels to rise, just as sugar
does? The CAD authors say it does. It just doesn't sound right to me.

Thanks --

Marcia
