thanks for all the feedback.  No Trader Joes here in Florida!  Canned salmon
is OK but certainly does not replace fresh fish for me.  I believe Winn-Dixie
on occasion has Alaskan salmon flown in that can be bought whole/frozen.
Does this sound like wild or just a version of farmed?
