Me too. I was wondering about this last night. After a
primarily meat meal I seem to crave something sweet
(not just a fruit craving - a "general" sweet
craving). It doesn't happen after a salad w/meat or
veggie plate with meat as an ingredient. Just after a
primarily meat meal. Is this normal? Anyone else have
this problem? What is the "remedy"? I ask because if I
do go ahead and have a sweet after a big meat meal it
generally leads to indigestion and gas.
