You're not just on a too-low carbohydrate intake are you? When I first went
paleo, I was very hungry and found I needed to add bananas to get the carbs
up. After 3 months, it's not such a problem. I suppose my insulin levels are
going down and my insulin sensitivity is going up, which is good (I'm not
diabetic). Paleo foods are lower octane and you need to eat a lot. Non-paleo
have high calorie but low micronutrient levels, plus toxins. This is a major
difference.
