For arthritis, it would be very beneficial to eat lots of dark berries,
which are high in proanthocyanidins and are
antioxidant/anti-inflammatory...another thing is a supplement called
MSM~ a white crystalline powder which dissolves in water, it is derived
from plants and is a sulpher compound. It has worked wonders for many
pains in my body.
