Hello, Lynnet, I find I have the same results. I have been eating totally
paleo
after reading Neanderthin, coming over from the PP camp as well. I've been
feeling
great. I find I, too, have not lost any weight. I'm considering returning to
counting
calories or monitoring what I'm eating more closely. Sincerely, Janice.

I'm interested in hearing from other list members: Have you lost weight
 eating
paleo? I've been eating totally paleo for six weeks and haven't lost a
 single
pound. Last week I analyzed what I was eating, and figured out that I was
 eating
way too much fruit and dried fruit, so I have cut back ala Protein Power
 guidelines
to somewhere between 30 and 50 grams per day. Still not a pound lost.
 Since I've
got 70 pounds excess on my frame, I am really keen to get some of it off
 without
ruining my health (what's left of it, anyway... :-)
