little fat. If it really does have 3x as much as light tuna, we must still

I believe so, as tuna is not a fatty fish.  I love tuna, but it isn't one of
the richest sources of those wonderful n-3 oils.  Better choices are the
fattier cold-water fishes like salmon, herring, mackerel, and sardines.
