I am extremely allergic to casein. When I have even a small amount, I am out
of breath, my pulse goes over 100, and I get very weak. My doctor recently
prescribed Fosamax for me because of some bone loss. I looked it up and it
contains lactose. I am scared to take it because I have read that sometimes
lactose can be contaminated with casein. I am trying to find out if anyone
else has had this problem, and if the lactose affected them. Any information
on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
