a few days ago there was a question about decent tasting cheese. i've
talked with my friend and can report the name of what she buys but i have
no idea what is in it other than that it is vegan (no animal products of
any kind in it). i don't know about cornstarch or other additives, so
PLEASE CHECK THE LABEL!

the product is called simply Vegie Slices. Apparently there are several
varieties.
