I am currently tring to find a Birth Control Pill
that does not contain Lactose. I have not taken one
since before my milk allergy diagnosis.  Oddly
enough, I stopped taking them because I told my doc
they made me very ill, ie severe headaches, mood
swings, etc.  Gotta love not knowing you are allergic
to a med until afterward!

I know I can refer to the PDR, but would prefer to
avoid that tedious chore if possible.  I have
researched meds on www.rxlist.com, but have come up
empty.

Any advice is welcome.
