Just as a note, your body can only absorb 500mg of calcium at a time, if
you take more than this at once, it won't do any good. Try to take 500 in
the morning and 500 in the afternoon or evening. I keep a bottle of tums at
my desk at work, and right on the sink at home to remind me. It works
except my coworkers keep stealing the pink tums.
