We grill chicken breasts (or skirt steak, or pork steak,
whatever), slice them and use them for fajita meat. We
season it with a commercially prepared fajita seasoning
which doesn't list any dairy ingredients, and my
milk-allergic son does not react to it. We buy flour
tortillas that are milk free (getting harder and harder to
find these days) and include toppings like refried beans,
guacamole, and pico de gallo (no sour cream or cheese at
our house!). All us milk frees (3 out of 4 in the family)
love them!
One of these days I'm gonna buy a tortilla press and start
making my own tortillas, too.psam
