And here I'll add my two-cents as well to the "creamy mix." What I
can't understand, however, is why they can't "gather my comments" from
my e-mail for their marketing survey? Why do I have to call during my
busy work day and tell them verbally what I can and have said so clearly
in my e-mail? Did I use too-big words?
