OOUUCHHH!
Did someone just say anarcho-capitalists is a type of anarchism?
Lets go back to the roots of anarchy. Now, if you think anarchy means
freedom, then your wrong. Those anarcho-capitalists think that and want to
be free of government laws that oppress their ability to exploit others(they
shouldn't worry, we're moving in that direction anyways).
Anarchy, in Greek, means "No Rulers".
Capitalists, or pro-capitalists, are all about ruling, controlling and
owning. Anarchy flies in the face of all this.
Therefore, to say anarcho-capitalist is an oxymoron in its most extreme
case. Like saying I believe in democratic-dictators, or living-dead.
I've heard the argument of anarcho-capitalists, and it is very sad. They
hate the government and list the reasons why it is illegitimate. What makes
it soooo sad is the very same argument they use to blast the state is the
exact same argument to blast capitalism.
Anarcho-capitalism is maybe the most conflicting term I have ever heard.
Lets all pause, smile and be glad because we ain't members.
