It is a specific movement in the anarchist movement.

Many of those who would call themselves anarchists
are also anarchosyndicalists; it is a worker's control
system without any bosses but instead councils of
workers or randomly elected weekly leaders.  One
of the beliefs of anarchosyndicalists is that this capitalist
system can be turned into an anarchist one through
anarchosyndicalist methods, i.e. getting more and more
of the work force self controlling until the workers control
the country.
