  It was on the news a week or more ago.  When NatSemi purchased Cyrix, they
expressed particular interest in their low-end MediaGX integrated designs, and
less in their MII line and "Cayenne" next-generation efforts.  They're now
trying to sell off that end of the business; if they can't find a buyer, they
will shut it down.
