Troy,
Good, albeit implicit, point. For a while, I was hitting the gym every
morning at 5 a.m. for 30 or so minutes on the treadmill and some
weightlifting. A change in schedules nixed this for a few weeks. Made it
to the gym this morning for 30 minutes on the treadmill, but no
weight-lifting. Will start back on the weights tomorrow. Before I quit, I
found that weight-lifting was almost addictive. I figure it will take a
couple of weeks to get that monkey on my back again. Looking forward to it.
