I used to eat (before paleo and before low carb) flax oil liberally mixed
into yogurt. Pretty tasty, actually (similar to sour cream). From what
I remember reading about it, any animal protein will do, it's just that
you can't generally mix meat and flax oil, unless you are making a very
runny pemmican.
