I wouldn't. It oxidizes like crazy, unless it is cold expelled and
refrigerated like the best brands of flaxseed oil. I'd just eat the nuts
which are protected by lots of other natural chemicals against
oxidation. Even here I only eat whole nuts, pieces that are a bit
cheaper smell and taste rancid to me. I get them at Trader Joe. The raw
nuts taste a bit like white chocolate and are delicious.
