You know, I've thought about doing it from Hawaii where there is plenty of
unwanted pasture-only beef. Trouble is that the one batch I made tasted
_horrible_ so I have trouble getting into the idea. The only pemmican
source dogpile turned up was some native american outfit in Florida for
30some dollars/lb if I remember correctly!

Dang, but if the stuff was edible I'd be selling worldwide by now. ;)
