Where do you get the idea that only raw foods are acceptable on the paleo
diet? Have you read NeaderThin, the FAQ for this mailing list? It does not
have such a dogmatic stance. All of the recipes use cooked meat. There are
some on this list that have crossed over from the raw-food list. Maybe they
came here to promote their views of not cooking food. But don't use them as
guides to what this list considers to be a paleo diet.
