Let's see. I have a friend on NeanderThin who is a major cheater, but he is
loosing weight because he is not eating much. And then there's me. I'm a
major eater, truly embodying the high-fat, high calorie spirit of the diet.
I'm not loosing any weight because my physiology is being messed up, but
I've decided that my physical health is more important than anything else,
and should be loosing more weight soon.
On another list, it was noted that ketogenic diets happen to be very
filling, so you may think you are eating more calories than you actually
are.
