Just for everyone's knowledge, I called the number listed in the forward
about the Tofutti cheese.  They are out of stock.  Turns out that they never
intended to sell to the individual.  Someone at their company made an error
in sending out that press release.  The cheese is only available in slices
now and only to retailers.  Rats!  It doesn't look like any stores in my area
will carry it either :-(
