I want to thank all who responded.  The consensous seems to be that it's ok
to eat it.  There were a few, like myself, that it did bother them.  Some
have said that it's more of a "grass" and it shouldn't bother me.   So, I
decided to give it another try and low and behold, my pain came back.

I guess if it doesn't bother you, eat away but I, on the other hand, will
not eat it again.  It's just not worth it.
