My family will be vacationing in Durango, Colorado for a week beginning
July 11. If any of you have experience or recommendations for places
that are celiac friendly, please let me know. We will have a small
kitchen, and I will take some bread products with me. Any suggestions
from someone who has been there and done that will give me more time to
have fun with my family. Playing gluten detective gets boring,
especially for non-celiacs!

Idea.... a gluten-detector, sort of like a Geiger-counter. I envision
this as a small wand, like they use at airport security. We just wave
it over a plate and the dial lights up if gluten is present! Any
engineers up to the challenge?

Thank you,
Anne in San Antonio
