I want to put in a plug for this pasta (in which I have no financial
interest).  I have tried the Penne and Elbow Macaroni, and both were
great!  I used the Macaroni in pastitsio the other night, and it held up
very well in the casserole.  This is far and away the best GF pasta we
have had.  If any one else in Central Indiana is on this list, or knows
someone in Central Indiana who can get it for you, it is now carried in
the health food section of the Marsh store at 62nd and Keystone in
Indianapolis.  Other Marsh stores may have it, too.
