Hi guys
After returning my arrowhead mills flours to bread and circus after hearing
they may be unsafe and having a possible reaction, bread and circus called
me and said that they talked to arrowhead mills and they said the
gluten-free flours are milled in a separate place. Does anyone know what the
concern was about them? Also I noticed bob's red mills makes wheat flour and
garbanzo bean and xantham gum. Could these be getting contaminated? They are
the only flours the bread and circus where I live sells so it would be great
if I was sure. I am not meaning to stir up any controversies, just wondering
what to tell bread and circus since they are questioning my reason for
returning the flour. thanks
