The thing that keeps it from being Zonish is that the carb intake
is considerably below 40%, if Lynnet's calculations are right
(and they look about right).  It's probably not a ketogenic diet
either, but it's close.  If she were doing much high-intensity
exercise, I suspect she would need to increase carbs, at least
intermittently.

I don't doubt that this program is as effective as the Zone,
however.
