I just made two birthday cakes using a store bought mix... you really have
to read labels you can use the Pillsbury French vanilla frosting also but I
usually make "butter cream" frosting ( the recipe is on the back of the cake
decorating pans.) Of course I substitute the butter with canola margarine.
You can't tell the difference!
