A few years back I tried Lactaid pills (Australian brand) but gave them
up after a few months. I was sick of having to carry them everywhere I
went and taking 6 tablets before eating any dairy products. It was
easier in the end to avoid dairy.  Are most people on this list taking
these type of pills then?

There is a debate going on in the UK at the moment about genetically
modified food and the possible effects.  I assume that this genetically
modified virus would have other effects on the body that we don't know
about yet.
