The email you are talking about is the latest in a long line of internet
scams. They purchase email lists from all over thus making it possible
to obtain your email address from anywhere on the web. I am not familiar
with the email address that you mentioned but if it is a spam or scam
detection organization then don't expect a reply. They receive thousands
of complaints on a daily basis making it impossible to personally reply
to every complaint. It is a .gov extension meaning it is a government
agency. The thing to remember when reporting spam or scams is that you
must forward the entire email to them. You must also have all the
headers visible in the forwarded email. To have all headers visible you
should go to either tools, options or preferences depending on what
email client you are using. There will be an option to view headers as
normal or full, select full,
