Yes, the Logitech QuickCam VC will be fine. In fact
almost any videoconferencing camera will work with
The vOICe Learning Edition software. For instance,
some people are using the older Connectix Quickcam,
others the Creative Labs webcam, or the VICAM, or
the Intel Create-and-Share camera.

For the Logitech QuickCam VC you will only have to
decide whether you want a USB version or a parallel
port version, depending on what computer you have.
This remark is just to make sure that your camera
will match your computer, because the USB bus is
relatively new and therefore the older Pentium PC's
don't have a USB bus. For The vOICe Learning Edition
software it makes no difference.

No, I don't have an email list yet. At this moment
the number of postings does not yet justify that.
However, this may change in the future, and when
that happens, I will probably request your advice
because I know that you have experience in setting
up mail lists and the like.
