The best way to update the bios on your motherboard is to goto the
manufacture's site.  There should be instructions and how to run the
utility.

Be careful to follow the instruction to the letter.  If you make a mistake
you can destroy the bios to the point where you can even start the system.

Hi every buddy
   I don't know how to abdate my bios version. I have  GA-5AA Gigabte
motherboard. and I fund the SUS2DSK utilty in the CD comming with the unit.
Any buddy have an idea about it?
