This probably cannot be done. You have three partitions already (2
primaries, C: and F:, and the extended partition which contains D: and E:).
You want to create another partition, which is four....

And many boot managers, probably including System Commander, also need a
partition, making FIVE.
Except that a standard hard drive partition table holds only four entries.

I'm guessing that System Commander has tried to implement a way around
this difficulty -- but it may only work if SYstem Commander gets to handle
the boot process.

I think System Commander may be hiding in the first one of these.
