Does it still happen if you try a different keyboard? If so, your
keyboard driver may have become corrupted, and you may need to
reinstall it (unlikely if this problem can be reproduced in DOS).
If not, you may want to carefully clean the keyboard, but this is
tricky. Since you can get a new keyboard for under $10 and a really
good new one for under $30, I'm not sure I'd bother.
