I don't know if this related to D'Adamo's theory, but my acupuncturist
recommends filtered or distilled water with lemon juice in it, first thing in
the morning, 30 minutes before ingesting anything else (tea, food, whatever)
as liver-cleansing.
My only problem with that is that I can't remember to do such a thing before
I have my coffee <grin>.
