Hi all,
I'm new to this list and am wanting to know if anyone has any ideas for
Paleo backpacking foods. I need something that will provide variety, low
weight/volume, and keep without refrigeration. Also, a registered dietician
(sp?) gave me some info about the China Project, which seems to indicate
that excessive animal protien in the diet can lead to cancer through high
levels of urea nitrogen. Does anyone have any resources on this? I would
prefer something with citations and references as opposed to strictly
anecdotal evidence.
