Dear Ray,

I am so happy for you!

I would like to see you add something about paleo and ADD/ADHD and other
learning disabilities.

Also, more ideas for travel. What if you can't eat the beef pemmican? That
has been difficult for us. Right now I am taking dried turkey or venison and
olive oil when we go someplace overnight.

Ideas of how to resist temptations when out socially....I don't miss junk
food but at some of the (Scottish) Highland Games events, it's tough.

Also, how to switch your kids to paleo or at least a better diet. ( I have
some experience on this one!)

Paleo babies (OH, how I wished I had known about paleo when my kids were
born!) and I would have 3 beautiful, bright and healthy kids like Gray Hawk!

Just a few ideas. I hope a lot of parents buy your book and try your ideas
instead of Ritalin and other poisons.
