there are several that are dairy-free - that seems to be quite easy.
about 90% of the vitamins in the health food store are dairy free.

we did find, though, that the only citrus & dairy - free are from schiff
- they have a cherry children's vitamin.

not that we have ever met anyone else with citrus & dairy allergies, but
thought we would share, just in case!
