Hi there,
Here in Australia pretty much all the bread is dairy-free. In Australia
any product with any health claim (low fat/ hi fibre etc etc) is
required to list all nutritional information. Perhaps that is how it is
in Britain too? Or just go to a local bakery & ask, I'm sure they know
exactly what goes into their bread.
