We like the PolyViSol chewables. The whole family uses them. Also,
look at the "natural" brands at your local grocery store, pharmacy,
or health/whole foods store. They often have "contains no milk" or
"lactose free" on them. Otherwise, you can call the manufacturer or
the distributor and asked. I once called CVS customer service and
they found a lactose-free calcium supplement that I could take.
